GSIDC has been designated with the execution of regular maintenance, preventive maintenance and minor renovation works of Goa Medical College & Hospital (GMC), Goa Dental College & Hospital (GDC) and Institute of Psychiatry & Human Behaviour (IPHB) etc.
Any complaint lodged on the GSIDC eSewa Portal will be attended to within 24 hours, which otherwise would take nothing less than 10-15days. The use of paper for writing letters and replies thereto, shall be totally nullified. Status of maintenance work shall be known to the Clients as well as GSIDC Officers. It will also generate an inventory of items that have been replaced and the number of times it has been replaced. These records will also help GSIDC office to record bills of the Contractors which otherwise consumes a considerable time, which in turn affects the execution of maintenance works.
